Flow and Restore ( Slow Flow)

Settle into a long, nourishing warm-up, then move through a slow, sweet flow with steady holds that connect breath and movement. We close with an extended cool down and spacious savasana to calm the nervous system and reset. Clear cues with adaptations and modifications throughout so you can move at your own pace. All levels welcome.

Breathe and Flow (Vinyasa Flow)

A breath-led vinyasa with steady, purposeful pacing and a little extra heat. Move through creative sequences—sun salutations, standing flows, balance, and core—to build strength, mobility, and focus. Clear cues with adaptations and modifications so newer students feel supported while experienced practitioners can dial up the challenge. We close with a grounding cool-down and a spacious savasana. All levels welcome.

Align & Define (Yogalates)

A 45-minute, full-body Yoga + Pilates fusion designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone while building flexibility and mindfulness. Using low-impact, bodyweight movements, we connect breath to precise, controlled exercises that target deep core and often-overlooked stabilizers. Options for progressions and modifications let everyone move at their own pace. Leave the mat feeling present, aligned, strong, and energized. All levels welcome—no experience necessary.

Release (Yin)

Settle into stillness with a classic 75-minute Yin Yoga practice. Most shapes are seated or supine and held for 3–5 minutes with minimal muscular effort, supported by props. This gentle, sustained stress safely targets the connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joint capsules—especially around the hips, spine, and shoulders. Brief “rebound” rests between poses help the body integrate the work. Expect quiet breath awareness, simple cues, and space for meditation. All levels welcome. No vinyasa or standing flow.
